I got a few bugs... I study industrial design, so I'll try to be as picky as I can
I know there is a similar thread on this, I was going to post there, but it got a little out of hand and I made an entirely new concept.
I'll try to update the first post with your suggestions and fixes for easy access.

FEATURES MISSED OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY
- Knock on feature - Of course there is the knock on feature. Maybe if they started calling it the triple knock feature, there wouldn't be such displeasure.
Fix: Download Gravity Screen Off that uses gravity and acceleration to lock your screen.
- Knock off feature - If you have a full home screen you have to reach for the status bar to knock off the screen.
Fix: Root --> install the Xposed framework --> install the G2 Xplosed app --> set home button long press to lock screen
- Long press on buttons to add functionality - Both the hard buttons and the navigation bar should have options to edit the action if you long press them.
Fix: Root --> install the Xposed framework --> install the G2 Xplosed app --> buy premium (1USD)
- Disable the power sounds - I want to be able to disable the power on and off sounds.
Fix: Root --> install the FX File Explorer --> replace the "/system/media/audio/PowerOn.ogg" and "PowerOff.ogg"
- Edit the shortcut menu - I want to be able to edit the icons in the shortcut menu when you swipe from the bottom of your screen.
- Font support - The font I bought on my old Samsung does not show up in the screen settings font list.
- 10 by 10 grid - If you could make widgets half by half the size of a grid square it would be great. If widgets doesn't support this partitioning yet, it would add the possibility for adding your own margins and also leave blank spots for knocking of the screen.
- Audio profiles and silent modes - When you turn the sound volume all the way down, past vibration you get another silence mode than if you press the "Silent mode" button. The difference is that media volume also is turned down if you use the silence mode button. It's confusing that the silent mode button doesn't do the same thing as turning the volume all the way down? The way to distinguish between these two isn't intuitive, and I don't think most users would research this on their own, I would join these two different ways of turning off the sound into one. If I chose to play any media I know that it's gonna make noise so I don't need a warning, the exception is when a web page plays audio, then I would need a warning.
- Automatic light calibration - The automatic light intensity don't seem to work very well. When I turn on "Auto" the scale seem to change to exponentially increasing, but the light doesn't react to outside light intenisty.
- Unnecessary text on home screen icons - I want a setting to remove the text under my home screen icons. I don't need the text to understand the phone icon opens the phone, I want my icons lean and clean like it is on other phones. The whole point with having icons is that you don't need any text. My brain also processes symbols/icons faster than text.
- Unnecessary "Swipe to unlock" text - The "Swipe to unlock"-text on the lock screen is really annoying and litters the otherwise clean and fancy effects and wallpaper. You don't need instructions on intuitive features. At worst I only need it to be there the first three times I swipe to unlock, then I remember it. Samsung solves this problem with a checkbox to show the text in the screen settings.
Fix: Root --> open "system/framework/framework-res.apk" in a zip-program --> open resources.arsc in a hex-editor and search for the text in you language --> change the very first byte of the phrase to hex "00" and all the others to "FF" --> save and reboot.
NOTIFICATIONS SCREEN AND QUICK SETTINGS
- Wrap quick setting icons - The quick-settings icons should have the choice to be wrapped to a new line instead of scrolling to the side. It is important that it is quick, and I want to have fixed positions so that I knows exactly where it is without reading or analysing symbols.
- Buttons for silence - In the quick settings there is a button for Audio profiles (Sound, vibrate and silence) and a quiet icon. I addressed the problem with two silent modes, and there isn't need for more than one button. However if you are in a meeting and want to turn the sound to completely silent you have to press past the vibration setting, and it makes a little vibration that makes a possible embarrassing sound. If you instead change the order of the vibration icon so that the order is "sound" "silent" "vibration" they would fix this problem.
- Volume slider - The volume slider takes a whole lot of space and should be switched out with a button to access the settings. You already have the hard buttons on the back of the phone, no point in wasting anymore place in the notifications screen.
Fix: Root --> install the Xposed framework --> install the G2 Xplosed app
- Brightness slider - The brightness slider wastes too much space. Most users just set it to Auto and forget about it anyways. It could be replace with a button you could turn off. The slider also doesn't work well. When you try to turn up the volume to ex. 90% after your phone has been in silent mode, you first get an unnecessary prompt to ensure that you want to turn it up. And then it only turns up to the volume you had before the silent mode, not 90%.
Fix: Root --> install the Xposed framework --> install the G2 Xplosed app
- Edit key - I would want to remove the edit key on the Quick-settings and maybe the QSlide in the menu itself, and rather place it among the other settings. The notification screen is a completed solution I want to perfect for my needs in the main settings. I know that it could be handy to have the edit key near by the first time you get your phone, but if the edit keys are gonna be part of the menu forever the whole notification screen seems like it's a under construction and never completed.
- Unnecessary text on settings icons - I want a setting to remove the text under my settings icons. I want my icons lean and clean. The whole point with having icons is that you don't need any text. My brain also processes symbols/icons faster than text.
APPS
- Camera - It should be possible to set the path to save images. It should also be possible to turn off the camera shutter sound, I know some countries require a shutter sound because of privacy laws but you can easily bypass this by setting the phone in silent mode or downloading a new camera app.
- Messages app - The customization of the messages is neat, but the possibilities are a bit limited. Also if you delete a message thread you also delete the custom theme set for that contact.
- Music player - In the Music player the only thing showing which file is currently being played is a little animation to the right for the song title, it's annoying to move you eyes every time you want to see which song is playing. Why not do it the usual way by changing the color of the song title, in addition to the little animation?
Sort by artist name also in album-section. I often don't remember all the names of the albums, but the Artist I always remember.
This way you also get all the albums of one artist nearby each other.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Icons and colors - The graphic design of the icons are terrible, mostly because of the blue color. Color choice might seem arbitrary, but it's not, and I don't think they have given it much thought.
Fix: Root --> install BusyBox --> install MetaMorph or something.
- Navigation bar colors - I want to be able to change the color, glow color and size of the navigation bar.
Fix: Root --> install the Xposed framework --> install the G2 Xplosed app --> buy premium (1USD)
