Here's what you need to do. Uninstall all the applications that you don't need or use on a daily basis. Most likely this problem is caused by either a "rogue" or "incompatible" installed application. Hopefully you might catch the culprit in doing so. However, if problem persist.. you would have to "reset" the device.
