two days for carrier unlock code!!!!

it only took tmobile to do a carrier unlock on my g1 she told me two weeks took two days go tmobileim going to sell mine now so i can buy a new white one!!!!!!!!!

i have a black G1 on the way. I do want a white one too!
what does the unlock do?

okay if you have tmobile service they will unlock it as long as you have had tmobile for more than 90 days... they say it takes two weeks to get the code from htc but it only took two days for mines to come all you do is put a sim car like att in phone the screen will then say enter unlock code type in code giving to you and that it.... unlocking the phone allows you to use and sim card from anywhere in the world and phone will still work. for example if you have att you can have a g1 as long as its unlocked

Actually, it only takes 24-72 hours. I'm not sure who told you 2 weeks but that's not the case. I work for Tech Care
