Help Two gmail accounts, double updates from market updates?

Does anyone know how to disable apps from syncing to my second gmail account? I have two gmails set up and since they are both google they both have seperate android market accounts with different apps...I obviously only use one, but I receive that apps need updates such as maps and youtube, and when I go to the maket it is not on my primary google account..any suggestions for unsyncing my second google account but keep it to receive emails?

I have also been having this issue. It says that I have a update but when I check, my market opens up with my secondary gmail account.

Mine does the same thing. I wonder if it's more of a Market related problem than a phone problem. It didn't start doing it until the updated the market again.
