Help Two lines appearing on screen

I was using the music app, played a song... And pressed the sleep button, next second i press the sleep button to switch on the fone and bang.. Two white lines appear horizontally in the center of the screen... Any help, anyone having the same problem??

do the lines stay there?
do they flash briefly then disappear ?
is your battery low?
does it cause a lag?

1.) They dont flash they just stay there
2.)No it isnt low
3.)It doesnt cause a lag
I've tried switching to a different rom switching on and off factory reset everything.. not working
