Hi, we've got two note 4 which we've had for the same amount of time (2 years now). Android 6.01
First my phone started having hiccups (freezes and random restarts) 10 days ago.
Exactly one week later the other phone went. Not as bad as mine with the freezes and restarts but no video working anywhere, not even on youtube AND no sound through speakers or headphones.
I've cleared the cache, and factory reset both phones but still the same problem. Even purchased a new battery which appeared to make my phone feel better BUT there's still the residual 'hiccups'. 'and the other phone experienced no change with this new battery.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
