I followed the Factory Reset suggestion after I had ICS for a couple of weeks: it reinstalled all of my apps, did not set my wallpaper, all FB photos followed but Handcent didn't link FB or individually set photos.
I made a mistake with the contact list when pairing with my car on Bluetooth -- no one knew how to fix it so I did yet another Factory Reset.
Apps did NOT install, wallpaper did. FB isn't bringing all photos but Handcent is linking all that I individually set.
I wonder what causes the differences? I did it exactly the same way both times.
