Root TWRP CM10 Bootloop, No backup.

Hi everyone

I have recently rooted, unlocked, and installed TWRP on my Evo LTE.

Unfortunately I think I may have taken for granted that my Google Wallet reset was sufficient from the rooting process since I didn't enter in any new data before trying to flash CM10.

I am getting a bootloop, I am able to get to TWRP but the backup seems to have failed as there isn't one to restore to.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for the fast response and the welcome!

Is that the factory reset option in the white HTC screen you get when you hold the power and volume buttons?

No I didn't do S OFF.

The only things I did were root/unlock using RegawMOD, transfer CM10 and Gapps to the SD card, flash them in that order, reboot.

Ok, probably what you have at this point is a kernel/rom mismatch.

Rom zip packages contain a kernel but when you're s-on that won't flash through recovery (twrp), you need to fastboot flash that.

The $64 question - did you enable usb debugging before this?

The truth here is, you found two of the best folks around to help ya out. Rx and Early, along with a couple others, have help me any number of times, either directly or through the VERY detailed walk-throughs they've been kind enough to put up for us.
Good luck and stick around, as long as your rooted, the fun is just beginning! :D
