Root twrp not showing me folders in system folder

I used the MasterChiefs bootswitcher zip with no problem and switch back with no problem but I did not have system read write access. I tried to delete a ringtone and add my own but it wouldnt delete the ringtone from system/media/ringtones I was wondering what app is used to enable r/w once you flash to bootswitcher?

Is the system folder still not accessible even with r/w?

Twrp file manager not showing me folders in system folder..I want to delete ringtones and add my own to system/media/audio/ringtones alarms notifications etc but when I navigate to system folder it won't let me access them

you have to have twrp flashed normally and not switched

and you have to go into mounts and mount system before it will show anything
