Typical email response from google?

I sent an email to google support to see why I'm not eligible for an update. That was Monday, 18th. I can imagine them swamped with emails asking for help. Does anyone know what's typical response time is from google on email support? For me, it sounds like it's not days... but week(s)?

what kind of update? a software update or a hardware update (as it refers to your cell plan) if its the latter, they probably wont respond as google doesn't deal with the contract/upgrading of the phone, tmobile would.
