Root Ubuntu preview

I havnt gotten a chance to flash or get an idea what where up against here so flash at your own risk.

This is not Android remember, this is Ubuntu. The same preview available for tje Nexus devices.
There will be mossing features so this is not stable for a DD
 
Downloading now. What is the purpose of this? is it a different type of ROM, or is it just to use your phone as a linux computer?
 
Ubuntu is my main OS on my laptop so seeing this come to mobile was a jaw dropper for me.
Il be flashing this today to get a good review and instructions for it for the noobs.
It is a linux based OS alternative for the 2013 smartphone lineup
 
failed on first attempt. SS say's there is no OS installed. May have to re download this and try again if the next attempt fails. This looks very interesting after doing some research on the concept. Hope it catches on!
 
Dhacker updated his builds on Droidrzr.com so you can find them their. A link would be good (im not aloud on that site nomore =p)
 
I want to see ubuntu that I can port to my Nook Color

for a phone I think it might have multiple issues (carrier specifics, data issues etc)

but they make one hell of an OS
