At that time only one phone was confirmed to actually supported packet injection
chipset is the x factor.
maybe we get lucky and someone figures out if ours can and if so writes a driver
Having a fully functioning backtrack distro in my pocket,
epic win for this phone
cant fing and zanti apk's both utilize packet injection anyway?
zanti for people that don't know
zImperium - Securing Your Empire - Android Network Toolkit#
some features seemed legit, never did try the dos. I don't recommend anyone paying I don't know the company to make such recommendations I think it's by "zImperium security"
as for using aircrack-ng with that specific arm installation I didn't have to do anything special for it to run, I was more interested in having a full on NMAP/zenmap installation in my pocket. and gpredict
--if someone figures out how to get Xephem to build properly and function corrrectly on arch arm or arm7 I might just have to pay you ---
JK I guess they got it done already in arch arm on a raspberry pi ;x

--for anyone interested I guess the best installer now on the market is Linux deploy, it's simple enough but there is a howto addy in the programs description on googleplay--in Romanian or Russian that is.. idk
--There is a kindof a bug I think is being caused probably in my case by the cm version i'm using, and or the dirtyunicorn baseless overlay. When you choose to have the Linux deploy installer use an imagafile.iso and have less than or equal to 5.5Kmb storage space where the file is mounted the phone will keep giving you a low space error, even if the image created is only 3gb-No problems really come from that phone wise -- even though it'll tell you some system services might be unavailable, the problem is if you wanna delete the image, and make a different distro/build with the installer, it wont let you until you do a full reboot, because the storage space will keep glitching out telling you its full even though you have 5500+MB free space.
-- so if anyone tries don't freak out. just reboot and it'll be fine, image loop files could still be a bad idea. It has a install to partition option, but I have noooo idea what it's trying to partition-or which partition its trying to overwrite so Im staying away from that too, atleast until I get the nerve to pull out a translator and go to their howto
