I searched and couldn't find anything that precisely addressed my issue. But I'm new to the forum so forgive me for being a noob.
I have a 2013 Jeep with the UConnect 730n stereo. I have a Galaxy Nexus with OEM 4.2.2 on Verizon (CDMA). My Gnex bluetooth won't pair with the stereo. According to the UConnect website, it's only compatible with the GNex IF you're running 4.1.1. Does anyone know how I can make my GNex work even though I have 4.2.2? Seems silly to go backwards. I have never rooted, but I guess if I have to I will. Really don't want to deal with it. It doesn't sound like a quick/easy proposition.
