Everytime i open the gallery of my Lg Optimus CHic E720, it turns off. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Idk what to do, because i like to review my pictures and stuff but i cant do that because it turns off. Any idea why this is and what i should do to fix it? Please helpp, its a pain going on the computer to review pics all the time.

Via the applications menu, clear the data associated with the gallery app, see if that resolves it.

Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> All -> Gallery -> Clear Data

I wonder if there is a picture/video in there it doesn't like?

It's a bit of a pain, but can you move (not copy) all the pics etc on to your PC, take some new pics and see if it still does it?

I dont understand but it still turns off. I did what you asked but it still turned off. The bad thing is i cant even return it to the store i bought it from :(

What I asked in my 2nd post was for you to copy all the pictures that are on your SD Card on to your PC. Then take some more pictures with your phone and see if it still turns off.

I'm trying to find out if there's one of the pictures that is causing the phone to crash like that.

You might not be able to get to the store, but LG will still have support lines you can contact if you do need to get it replaced.
