Root Uh oh...

I was trying to flash a rom onto my phone using CWM but now as soon as CWM comes up it says

E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

What in the f#ck did I do?? Is there any way to get back to stock just to get the phone working? I'd certainly appreciate any help.

Additionally I didn't back up the original ROM because I'm a natural-born d!ckhead and didn't read the instructions. I have ODIN at the ready but I'm just not sure what I need to do at this point. I also have a PAYPAL account ready to donate to anyone who can help me get this fixed today. I work tomorrow and need the phone for my job. Thanks again!

I've tried to run a different rom and it's stuck on the samsung screen (the one before the sch-r720 screen) and the only time I see the 720 screen is when I 3 finger to get to the CWM. It won't let me wipe data/factory reset. It says error mounting/ data and skips it, error mounting /cache and skips that as well. Again when I reboot it just stays on the first Samsung screen (just says Samsung and below www dot samsung.com)

You can always upgrade to 2.3.6 and root

Just refresh the ROM don't wipe anything flash right over it.it's strange but it works.

I know that happens if you install a different cwm while having a rom installed. Like if you use cwm 5.0.2.7 to install a rom then install cwm 5.0.2.8 and try to wipe you'll get those errors.
