Help uhans a101 black screen

My uhans a101 got black screen. Possibly its a soft brick because buttons sound and vibration work. Can you tell me if i flash a new rom should solve my problem? I will appreciate to tell me some basic steps to follow as a newbie for this procedure .Also i dont know if my phone is already in download mode by default because i cant access its recovey mode to see if it is no matter combo of button i tried.

If the screen remains black all the time, yet it's still vibrating, that sounds like it could be a failure of the screen itself. And given this is a cheapo knock-off... "A tribute to Nokia" I think it's new phone time...and don't bother with tribute to Apple or tribute to Samsung either...all of them are garbage.
