Got my 4.3 update on my unlocked UK phone yesterday. Had to do it by Kies, all very slick and no problems so far. Multi windows is not working but I read online that a hard factory reset fixes it. Since I never used that I shall not bother. I like the new homescreen (date and time) lay out.
