UK S6 price reduction?????

Have I missed something here in the UK. In the past few days the price of the Galaxy S6 sim free has nose dived in price from the reputable suppliers. Why?
 
That makes sense. There has been so many comments on the lack of removable battery and storage being the reasons quoted for non purchase. It has been the main reason for my delayed purchase until the price did come down. One wonders as to whether there may be a further price reduction. I have the S4 and now wondering about up(?)grading.

Syd wouldn't lay out money on a phone unless he got value for money. Yorkshiremen are very, "careful", with money. Syd told me that as he was hanging his toilet paper out to dry! ;)
 
My wife objected to me hanging out the teabags to dry on the clothes line as they marked the line as well as the clothes pegs. Any suggestions welcomed.

I would state that I was also born in Yorkshire also albeit some eighty years ago.
