UK Turn by Turn Navigation

I have tried to look and find the best UK Turn by Turn navigation that i can use whilst driving but am wondering what others think (the google maps navigation currently doesn't work in the UK)

Will consider free ones mainly but also ones that are reasonably priced.
Also should be getting unlimited internet from t-mobile so that shouldn't matter but would still prefer if it was offline since I may not always have signal. (like the now free ovi maps from nokia....which is very good!)

THANKS :D

I recently installed Navigon, so far it's pretty good. Much better than CoPilot on my hero (CP just FC'd a lot and suffered from some general instability issues).

You can install a 30-day trial from the market. During the trial, you'll need internet but if I understand correctly that's no longer needed once you purchase it. The maps take about 2 GByte on your SD Card (to be downloaded the first time you run it, but it's advised to download them from a PC using Navigon Fresh).

Hi,

You can actually get Google Maps Navigation working in the UK by using Nav Launcher. You'll find that in the Android Market. Have a play with that and you'll find it will download a "modified" version of Google Maps that does the turn-by-turn navigation. It's a bit quirky though and the coice commands don't always work. Also, here's a list of other android sat nav apps. ;)

Cheers
