Try resetting, it might solve the issues. I am using 4.1.2 since last week and it works perfectly, no issues with battery if either.

Ill see how i feel after a few days but the camera quality seems a tad more grainy but ill have a play with the settings

so far i like the new split screen mode and the new view modes in the gallery, also the speed mode in the music player is fun to muck about with. Oh, and google chrome as been added now. Pity it didn't fix my briefing alarm issue,, its still speaking the wrong time. Lol

Only with certain apps. Only way to get all apps to work is rooting and an app enabling you this. Can't comment how though as I don't use it.

If you've got 4.1.2 update then you just go to the notiferction bar, turn on "mulit window" and you will see a tab on the side of your home screen.

Make sure the Multi Window is enabled in Settings > Display

Then just long hold back and a tab will pop up in the centre, left hand side of teh screen...

Got 4.1.2 earlier, so happy :-D multi-windows and smart rotation work like charms. Well done Samsung. Just one thing the random hap-tic feedbacks is quite annoying I means every time I tap anything relating to multi-windows function - gonna kill my battery :'(
