Help Ultimate Juice!

Ok so I bought ultimate juice and was wondering if I should play with any of the settings or just leave it on default? I am pretty clueless when it comes to some the tech aspects of the phone so do not wanna screw anything up.

What have some of you done and did help more versus just using default?

I tweaked all of the settings in advanced mode. (But then I always tweak any settings I can find in any apps ). It's pretty complex, as apps go, but it's not majorly technical; mostly you're just specifying times. And there are a lot of features you may not need. If you don't understand any of the settings, feel free to ask here

Which version of the app are you using? I know the beta version of the app has got a whole new interface which explains things a bit more thoroughly. The old interface had everything crammed onto one page, which was convenient if you knew what you were doing, but probably not so good for people unfamiliar with the app.

Worse comes to worst, you can always go back to the default settings.
