Using it atm, great Linpack scores. Quad not so much.

Got the highest Linpack score (7.595) so far using this kernel and stock Froyo. My Quad score is only 239, however. Still, my phone is working the best it has right now.

version 3 is out:

"root through superuser.apk
cifs
tun.ko
ext2/4 support
busybox
100mv undervolt
wifi tethering support
tcp window increased for faster data
read ahead changed for faster sd card speeds
sleepers disabled
133mhz removed
stepping table changed so the phone will wake up fast
samdroid nand read/write tweaks
userspace governor
deadline scheduler
usb draw increased for faster charging from your pc
virtual screen disabled
parallel port support removed
branch prediction enabled
fastfpe enabled
voluntary preempt enabled
namespaces removed
scsi options removed
battery polling interval decreased to improve battery life
5mb extra ram freed up
apps2sd fix-thanks to vampirefo for the newfs file even though he didn't thank me for the values of mine in his init.rc...
optimized for the s3c6410"

*sigh*
The actually changes in V3 are that the SU app actually asks for permission now, Apps2SD fix from Vampirefo is included, and instead of setting the kernel to keep 30meg of RAM free it now keeps 35meg free.

Ok, so when I flash this kernel, am I eliminating all traces of the previous kernel, or am I just installing it over the previous one?

I love how he says something about vampirefo in there. Instigation. Why can't devs get along? They're all great devs obviously.

My phone was running slow after i flashed v3 but its running faster now

It got a little better after I finally got Superuser to give root permission to all my root apps (cachemate, minfree, titanium, etc). I think part of that was Titanium having to re-install Busybox. I also re-flashed JM's (or are we calling him Col Kernal now?) advanced JIT.

Linpack = 9.139 (!!!)
Quad = 276

Best results so far. Maybe I will make to switch to Ext2/4 soon. Dunno.
