I just bough an ultatab and I can not connect to my wifi

We need to know what happens when you try. Are you sure you;re connecting to your signal, not a neighbor's signal? Are you using the right password (if your router is set to use a password)? Is your router set to have at least one more available connection?

Try resetting the router as well. Have you tried other wifi connections? Because if it is all of them you might want to try and reset the device, which will delete all your information so make sure you have a backup.
