Umx693cl no start

Out of nowhere i can't start my phone. Screen won't go past Wireless Assurance. Tried removing battery, sim card and did a factory reset to no avail. Phone just keeps cycling: off; umx screen; assurance wireless screen.
HELP

if you can't boot up how did you do a factory reset? or did you mean that you did a hard reset via using some combo of the power button and volume buttons? if it was reset and still nothing is happening then you most likely will need to flash a firmware update, but there is no info on how do to that with your phone. so i would contact Assurance and see if they can fix it, or at least get it replaced for you.
