Un-rooting tab 2 7

Hey guys, Im new to this forum, so i think this is the right place for my post, anyways..

I have a galaxy tab 2 7 inch(gt-p3110) that i rooted a while ago and installed a rom that allows me to run android 4.2. Now I am giving the tablet to a friend of mine and I want to restore it all the way back to factory setting, as well as the factory android 4.0. I cant remember exactly what rom I used, all I know is that it is my cyanogenMod

Cyanogenmod is a very common ROM used on Android devices, so I'm certain you'll find your answer there. Just gotta do a little leg work on your own.

Hopefully someone can help me.
I'm trying to restore my galaxy tab 2 7.0 gt-p3113.
I was in the process of unrooting it when i lost everything and can't get it back.
I even tried the factory reset (no luck)
I downloaded both the espressowifi-5-18.tar.md5,& cwm-root-gtab2.zip .
I was able to install the 1st file by using the odin v3.185 program.
The 2nd part where you have to get the tablet into clockworkmod isn't working.
I unplug the cable,press and release the power button then press and hold both power and vol up buttons at the same time.
I release the power button after the screen comes up and keep pressing the vol up button,the clockworkmod screen just won't come up.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
