Unable to access Play Store

I have a Galaxy 3 for kids. Every time I click on the Play store it comes up with a screen that shows my email address and just gives me a few options down the left side. Redeem, Settings, Help & Feedback and About Google. In the center it says Check your connection and try again. I have Wifi connection. I can search the web in Chrome and I can play games that require Internet connection. Any idea how to get back to the play store so I can download apps?

The Store hasn't done that but it's acting weird for me too tonight, not registering transactions.

Probably a temporary glitch.

Has it just started for you?

No it have been doing it for a few days. I have tried to reboot, clear cache and nothing. I have 2 if these tablets and one works fine. I figure it is a setting but I cannot find it.
