Help Unable to Activate

I dial the ##virgin# code to activate my phone and get the following message when trying to activate:

error 06-07-5920

I'm guessing that means something is wrong on their side, but can anyone confirm? I, of course can't call them on my old phone to check.

Have you called customer support? I got the same msg before, but just called customer support and they were able to get it sorted.
