Samsung Continuum, Android 2.1-update1, Build: SCH-I400.DL17 After I add a new contact without a phone number I cannot find them. 1. Click Contacts 2. Click menu thing to bring up Create 3. Click Create 4. Click Phone at the Save contact to dialog box 5. Enter text for First name, Last name, and Email address; (do not add a phone number) 6. Click Save button actual results: scroll up and down the contact list and notice your new contact entry is not there. expected results: scroll and you will find your new contact work around: in step 5, add 555-555-5555 as the phone number. now the new contact is visible in the contact list

Instead of the 5555555555 thing, just click menu>Display Options>Uncheck the first box

Thanks. now a can of worms opened. Now when you go into Phone, then Contacts, it shows all contacts even without phone numbers. They did not think this all the way through, if you open contacts from being inside the phone then it should only show contacts with phone numbers, it's common sense. How useful is the phone book to show contacts without phone numbers?
