Unable to block SMS message sender

Help!
I have a galaxy s10 and I am receiving text messages but I am unable to block the sender.
There is no phone number, no name, and the message details say

Type:- Text message
From :- MESSAGE
And the time sent, that is all.

I do not have the 3 dots at the top right of the screen so there are no options are available. all I can do is delete the message.
How do I block this sender please?

Then make a screenshot, and edit out (ie. cover) the info you don't want to share.

A quick fix is to use another SMS app.
The following one can also control incoming calls (optional).
