Help Unable to call or text

Yesterday got a new Galaxy S5. I was receiving texts w/o issue. I did start to either turn off or delete certain apps that I don't use such as google movies & TV, other google apps that I don't use, smart remote, Lumen to name a few. And downloaded some apps that I do (ex. WPS office, yahoo mail, zedge, etc). Now I cannot make or receive calls or texts.
I'm guessing that I got rid of something that I DO need. Any idea what do I need to re install or turn on?

Call or text will look like it wants to go through for a few seconds then get call ended message or text failed.

After more searching I had to reset to network and I am now able to call and text. Fairly simple solution I am happy to say!
