Unable to conect to Computer

I downloaded the drivers for my Motorola Triumph but the computer does not reconize my android phone.
I running Windows 7 64bits.
I welcome any help! Thank You
 
You might want to check in your phone's settings. There should be a place to set your phone to charge or to emulate a mass storage device when connected to your PC. You will want that setting to be mass storage. It will then show up as a drive or drives on your PC when you view your tree with your local browser.
