unable to configure exchange email

hi

I am trying to configure exchange email on Samsung galaxy grand duos i9082, from the last three days.

I can see it is connecting to exchange server but I am unable to see folders, no email it is just going in loop. but no emails.

when my two colleagues configure their exchange account in this phone, it works fine.

but when I am configuring my account in their phone which is S3 s4 even on iPhone it did not work. it is going in loop and it is not connecting.

so other accounts are working in my phone but not my account

what do you think is it something problem from my exchange account. although exchange server administrator said, settings are same for all user accounts.

so I am trying hard to configure my office email but nothing works.

Hi there,

I am using the app called k-9 mail for all corporate email accounts. The application is massive and allows you all kinds of settings. See the configuration page below:

It is easy to set up and it is super reliable. I always get my email first on my phone and then on the PC. U can choose how many emails to see or anything else you can possibly think of.

i tried using this APP but still it did not work

I tried using SSL and appropriate username, server name, email address, and my password.

it gave http internal error 500

but my colleague using his details, worked fine. even we are not sure, what is the change required from exchange side.
