I'm having a hard time connecting my Motorola Droid to my pc. I'm using Windows Vista and I plug the phone in, it begins to charge and a window pops up on my pc to search for the software for this device. I click search for software and it comes back saying to insert the disc that came with my device. Can anyone help me?

It should be connecting to Windows Update to download the drivers. Since it is not, grab the appropriate drivers from here: USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola USA
