Unable to connect to woosim printer

I have just bought a Munbyn reciept printer for my business and despite following the instructions and the woosim printer being listed in my galaxy S6 list of printers it refuses to connect to it.
Can anybody help me with this please, getting desperate to get it working for my small business.

could be a wifi issue. try to reboot your router.

Apparently, according Munbyn's postings, there's only support for Windows and Mac operating systems. No Android nor iOS. With no driver/firmware support for any mobile devices, while this does appear to be a capable printer it's only intended for a specialized purpose with conventional desktops/laptops.

Looking into this further Munbyn apparently has several different printers, some with a wide range of support (desktop and mobile) some more limited.

Could you clarify as to just which one you're trying to get working? The specific model I.D. would make it a lot easier to determine what might be happening.
