Unable to creat folders for pictures in gallery

I have been trying to create folders so i can arrange my pictures in the gallery section on my LG G4
but it doesnt seem to allow me to do this. I have tried doing this on my computer when i plug my phone into it via usb and also using new album on the phone it self

I want ot be able to create folders and sub folders instead of having the albums instantly there when you go to gallery and os i can hide certain pictures im sub folders

Is this possible?

Gallery folders are called "albums". New albums are created in Gallery while the "Albums" page is displayed using the "3 dots" menu. Any image or video in any album can be moved to any other album using the menu while the image is being displayed. There also seems to be a concept of "favorite albums", but I haven't looked into what they are.

I have tried this and it doesnt work there is no feature to create sub folders?
