Help Unable to dl Apps on EVO

I am currently unable to download apps. Havent had this problem before.

Anybody experiencing this?

It looks like my internal phone storage memory is getting very low.

Should I be putting them on my SD card? Any way to make it default? If so, how do i do this?

Should I move my current apps to my SD card?

start by doing a soft reset, remove the battery and restart the phone, next go to menu> settings> Applications> Manage applications> select the first app under downloads (if 2.2) and either move to SD or clear cache, repeat the same with each app (keep in mind that not all applications have the ability to be moved to SD, reboot phone.

if using 2.1 follow the same steps as above just clearing the cache on each application, reboot phone
