Unable to download the latest update?

This is what I saw when I went into my settings, there is no download button to push no apparent way to download this update at all.

There is no restart and install button at the bottom of the screen, contrary to what my phone says. I'm not even able to scroll down.

While using Google I read somewhere that the latest version of software for this phone should be MS55010i, I checked in my phone and it's MS55010b

Those are the steps I went through, the final step took me to that blue screen that talks about the update and I'm not able to progressed from there.

No, but the software finally downloaded on its own. Thanks though!
