I tried with both activity_main.xml and content_main.xml design view and it just does not allow me to drag any widget, so I cannot do the drag and drop move to create UI. This is Studio 2.2.1 on macOS Sierra. I am new on this and do not know if the drag and drop had ever been able to work before. I tried the same on Studio that is installed on Windows and drag and drop works fine.
I have no idea why this happens and don't know how can I use the drag and drop. I already reinstalled Studio but it did to solve the problem. I am stuck on this part.
One thing I want to mention is that my mouse is windows based Logitech M510 and it was connected to mac via a 4 port digital KVM switch. I do not believe this is the culprit but I want to mention it just in case.
