Help Unable to get sound for phone calls!

For a couple of weeks now i have been having an issue with trying to get my sound to work during incoming and outcoming calls. I've looked around for possible solutions and have found none. My sound works for all other forms of media as well as my mic but when it comes to making or receiving a phone call I get no sound. I've tried restarting my phone as well as having even done a full factory reset and neither one worked. Calls also do not work with headphones, same issue. Everything was working fine up until a few weeks ago then it just suddenly stopped.

If anyone has any idea how this can be fixed or if it can be fixed please let me know!

Does your Speaker option work for incoming calls?

If you read these links you will find there are common threads evolving. Dirt and dust and screen covers and case covers are quite common problems. Clearing the cache may help (ask if you don't know how) Latest App install may be the cause. Bluetooth or Flight Mode can also be troublesome.
