Help unable to get to secret code screen

I am unable to get to the secret code screen. I am trying to get there to turn off the wifi power saving because I am having connection issues with my s3. I had done this in the past and it worked. After I updated to the newest jellybean 4.3, it went back to having issues.

I have typed in *#0011# and multiple other combos, but it just stays on my phone screen. It does not go to the secret screen. Any help with either issue is much appreciated.

I think that it only works on a GSM phone (T-Mobile/AT&T) yours is CDMA.
