Lurker

I tried lots of files but the same errror occurs...

Please help me to find out the reason..

Are you allowing your phone to install 'non-Market' .apk files?

Menu > Settings > Applications > check Unknown Sources

If you haven't already, it's highly recommended to install an anti-malware app.

The .apk files you're installing may be corrupted or have become corrupted during download; this is more likely to happen if you're downloading them straight to your phone over mobile data, rather than WiFi. You can try downloading from a PC, then transfer the .apk to your phone.

If it's an ASTRO problem, then uninstalling it and downloading it from Android Market would be the best way to ensure you're getting the latest working version.

I am allowing my phone to install 'non-Market' .apk files..
the .apk file installed successfully ,when i install it with the HTC sync...but still i am not getting if my file is corrupted how it installed successfully by HTC sync.i just installed the latest ASTRO..but same problem..

Not sure why that's happening.

You can email ASTRO and tell them what's going on - they might be able to tell you more than I can. It could be some other process on your phone has become corrupted, which is why you're able to install via your computer. You could try a 'soft reset' (Power down your phone, remove battery for 30 seconds, replace and power on), to see if that helps.

It could be related to your phone's internal memory, which ASTRO may need to install the app. Check to see how much free RAM you have on your phone, Menu > Setting > Applications > Running services - see RAM used/free at foot of screen. If it looks like you're running out, try stopping (or uninstalling) an app or two that you don't require and that relate to the running services.

Similarly, make sure you have enough room on your phone's ROM (internal storage), Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All - see 'Internal storage' figures at foot of screen.
