Unable to install app from play store

I have a Toshiba tablet, model AT105, running 4.0.4. I am trying to install Directv for Tablets app. The app description says it requires version 4.0 or higher. The Google play store says the app is not compatible with my device, and won't let me install it.

Does anyone know of an alternate site to get the app, or other work around? I have already checked the directv website, but it redirects to the play store. I also checked their tech support but they only deal with equipment issues.

I have installed the app on another device but can't id the
.apk.

Thanks in advance, Jerry

If you have file browser, like ES File Explorer, you can search for the DirecTV app's apk file on your working device and then move it to your Tablet and install it. It looks like the name includes the string "GenieGo", so you can search for that character string (or maybe just "Genie" or "DirecTV").

Otherwise, doing a quick Google search, I found the following copy of GenieGo online (and I'm sure there are many more)...
