Unable to make Conference Calls

Dear Experts,

Please find the attached image for my mobile details (Its Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos),

I was not able to merge / make conference call. Please let me know is there any settings which need to be turned on OR its a bug OR merge call is not available in this mobile?
