Help Unable to Make Phone Calls

Hey guys,

As of this morning, upon trying to dial any number, you get the S3 call ended beep along with the call ended screen. I investigated the issue deeply, and it's 100% a Metro issue with the S3 & S4 on the GSM network. There's no need to factory reset or do anything crazy to your phone.

If you're affected by this, you should have full data connectivity, and you should still be able to send and receive SMS, but you won't be able to make or receive calls.

Just wait it out and it will be fixed soon. A matter of fact, my phone is currently working as normal.

I just thought I would share before any freaks out.

Weird, since data is 3G/4G, but both voice and SMS are 2G. They're probably "updating " (read: crashing) the towers.

exactly what Rukbat said i went through that annoyance by boost(sprint towers) cpl yrs back at home no service but at work service id literally be 3 blocks away from home on way to work and id get all the texts missed calls etc i missed lmao now but not so much then
