Root Unable to mount /internal_sd!

While trying to downgrade to ICS so I could S-Off I accidentally chose Wipe > Advanced Wipe and I wiped Internal SDcard and I believe I also chose System.
Very bad judgement. I was trying to emulate a factory reset but didn't see the option to do so until now. I'm using TWRP.

I've restored to User russellvone's Pure_Stock_ICS nandroid backup to no avail.
I'm still stuck at HTC ONE at boot.

Anyone know what I should try next? I wish I could use odin to reformat the partitions.

You need to fastboot stock boot.img if you are not s-off

edit - Does anyone know where I can get a stock boot.img?
I have one here in the Pure_Stock_ICS but its a format for recovery.

Its "boot.emmc.img" So I would rather just use irishobo's file he sent me via PM.

P.S. the next time anybody I'd in this situation all you have to do is rename the boot.emmc.win to boot.img

Same with recovery, and system.img(s)

Then they will be flashable via fastboot.
