It's bad enough that Google foists 1000x more data against my account while wasting my time with it's ad screens, and now the damned site doesn't even work properly! Oh, it has no problem letting me download apps while taking my money, but when I try to rate an app and leave a comment, it blocks me! There is no good reason why I should be blocked from leaving comments at Play, there have been no notifications from Google stating that I have been blocked, but the fact is that I cannot leave a comment when an app is good or bad. I really don't think I want to continue enriching the scum when 1. they disrespect my data usage concerns with so much spam, and 2. they don't even care to see that all who have a legitimate say are able to voice their opinion on the apps which are sold there!
What happens when I try and leave my review is 1. I select my rating of 1 to 5 stars, and then 2. the "OK" button dims as soon as I begin typing (long or short comment, it makes no difference).
Has anyone had a similar experience, or know of any way to resolve this? Is there anyone to contact regarding problems such as these, or is Google really as insular as I expect it to be? Would registering a new email address and different credit card change my situation there for future downloads?
