Unable to Re-enable Exchange Services

Hi,

I was having problems with Exchange Services 4.1 on my rooted Verizon S3 phone. The phone is rooted to allow programs like Greenify, Titanium backup, etc. to run, but it is not modded other than that, and I have few apps on it as I'm trying to solve this problem first.

Because the phone was getting hot, draining the battery and had a large # of wakelocks, I disabled Exchange Services and decided to try TouchDown on Google play, but am having the same kind of issue (but not as often).

This question is not about the wakelocks. It is about trying to re-enable Exchange Services 4.1 on my phone. I had force closed and disabled Exchange Services 4.1 on my Samsung S3, but in trying to re-enable it, it won't re-enable. More specifically, I can press the enable button, and it looks enabled, but it still doesn't show up in available apps, and I can't do anything with it.

I also backed up the app with Titanium Backup (since I'm rooted), but when I try to restore it, I get a "X Application not installed". Any suggestions to get it back would be greatly appreciated.

Clear the app's cache. Uninstall the app. Turn the phone off. Wait a few seconds. Turn the phone on. Download the app (it should install by itself).

Hmmm, the "Clear cache" button is greyed out, and it says 0.00B; the "Clear data" is greyed out as well. I can only select "Force stop" and/or "Disable", then it only gives me the option to "Enable" it again. When I enable it, it shows up under Google Settings for Applications, but it is nowhere to be found as an app on the phone other than that. If I can't find the app except in Google settings, is there a way to uninstall it? Thx.
