Unable to send or receive photo message

Do you have more info? Is it an unlocked unit? If it is and the Packet Data IS already on, Go into Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Data > look for something that says "APN Settings" and tap it...

...Then call your carrier and get the info the phone is asking you for.
 
I had trouble with that and had to call my carrier, reset some settings and then do a power down and play the battery for a minute. I think I started having the problem when installed juice defender. It seemed to correspond and I quit using it.
 
I tried to use Go SMS rpo for Text message but MMS still not working. may have to do master reset which I don't like to do.
