Help Unable to send pics via text or email

For some unknown reason I cannot send any pictures, (through text or email). I am able to receive them, seems very strange to me. I did check the forum search to see if anyone had ha this problem prior. Thanks for any help which can be forwarded...............

Just had the same problem had my data turned off only had wifi on turned on the 4g working perfect now
