Root unable to send pictures in txt msg.

I can send txt messages but not messages with pictures .

Is this a JB ROM? If so, try a different messaging app. JB isn't playing well with MMS....

Handcent works. I use Verizon Messaging...

Yes, jb rom. It's modified rom for lg esteem.

That's just a stock debloted rom
I think you've got a bad DL or install
You should try and redownload and
Install it , just wipe everything even data.

for some reason.. you MUST use 4g for sending and recieving picture msgs.. are you trying to do it over wi-fi?

you're right, I was using wifi to send pic msg.
now I know to use 4g to send pics.
